DF33C Series: 3.3mm Pitch Small Size Connectors for Internal Power Source

The DF33C Series connectors are designed for internal power source applications, offering a compact 3.3mm pitch with a 5 Amp capacity when used with 20 AWG wire. Key features include a secure outer locking mechanism to prevent accidental unmating, and mis-mating prevention through distinct standard and R type housings. They also support accurate board placement with guide posts, resin sealing up to 6.5mm, and short circuit prevention due to their enclosed contact design. Enhanced contact retention is achieved with an optional retainer, and solder crack is avoided by using glass-filled resin in the header housing. Mating is facilitated by a clear tactile click, and the connectors are Glow Wire compliant (IEC 60695-2-11).
