Include a Bell-mouth (no crimping on conductor).
Conductor tip protrudes 0.5mm or less from the Conductor Barrel.
All conductor strands are within the Conductor Barrel.
Wire insulator is NOT crimped into the Conductor Barrel.
No cracks or burrs in the crimping area.

Contact Withdrawal Notes

Visual inspection for damage, deformation, or discoloration.
Use a designated Withdrawing Tool (e.g., JAE's ET-MX19).
Insert tool into the tool cavity, not the contact cavity.
Release contact locking by meeting the molding lance with the tool.
Withdraw wire on a straight axis; avoid snagging on grommets.
Maximum withdrawal frequency per cavity is 3 times; replace if damaged.
Do not apply unnecessary force.
