Product Overview

The Fl Series Connectors are designed for board-to-cable applications, offering a compact and reliable solution for various electronic devices. They feature a low-profile SMT type board-mount receptacle with options for single or double row configurations. The connectors provide excellent EMI shielding when equipped with a metallic shell and include a hold-down feature for enhanced retention and grounding. Cable side plugs are available in discrete wire crimp, cable harness, and ZIF types for FPC applications. The ZIF (zero insertion force) configuration simplifies FPC insertion without direct force application. Keying and friction lock mechanisms prevent erroneous mating. Receptacles can be supplied in embossed tape for automatic mounting.
