RE CONNECTOR

The RE connector is a highly reliable, low-cost, crimp-style connector designed for connecting wires to printed circuit boards. It is well-suited for internal connections in office automation equipment, such as personal computers, office computers, and their peripheral devices.

Features

Reliable, yet low in cost: Features a unique, double-leaf spring contact that withstands repeated mating and unmating stresses, ensuring a stable high-pressure connection. Contacts and headers are selectively gold-plated for cost reduction. Fully tin-plated options are available for further cost savings.
Space-saving, high-density design: With a height of only 16.54mm and 2.54mm thickness when mounted on a PCB, the RE connector and header require minimal mounting space, facilitating high-density circuit design.
Easy contact insertion: Housing lances allow for easy contact insertion with minimal force. The position of contacts can be visually confirmed, simplifying the insertion process.
Cuttable to any length: Notches on the insulator allow headers to be cut to any desired length without special tools, providing flexibility for any number of circuits.
