The TE Connectivity MAG-MATE 300 series magnet wire terminal is designed for efficient termination of aluminum magnet wire. This uninsulated tab terminal features an Insulation Displacement (IDC) termination method, ensuring a reliable connection for aluminum wire sizes ranging from 18.5 to 16.5 AWG and 0.73 to 1.17 mm. It is compatible with Size 1 cavity sizes and a mating tab thickness of 0.51 mm and width of 4.78 mm. The terminal operates within an extended temperature range of -65 to 150 C (-85 to 302 F), making it suitable for demanding industrial applications. Supplied on a reel, this terminal offers a robust solution for magnet wire connectivity.
