The 2D AMPLIVAR splices offer a superior connection and easy-to-use solution for magnet wire termination. Combining AMPLIVAR splice features with innovative 2D crimp technology, these splices simplify inventory and manufacturing processes. Available in pigtail and thru types, they are compatible with stranded or solid copper or aluminum magnet wire (up to 3 wires) across a broad range of sizes (600-7000 CMA). The 2D crimp technology allows for a single splice part number and adjustable applicator for multiple wire sizes, significantly reducing the complexity of design-in, assembly, procurement, and inventory management. Key benefits include eliminating soldering or welding, reducing the risk of heat-sensitive wiring damage and chemical fumes, and eliminating the need for pre-stripping wires, saving time and reducing waste. The 2D technology also enables automation for reliable and consistent manufacturing processes.
